Rewarding and punishing is the foundation in this relationship of modeling, training and taming. Autonomy is an intolerable state. Escape - a forbidden act. The homeless and uncontrolled dog is an undesirable waste.
A dog is an animal on eternal service, obliged by a constant dog's duty.
